Squad Leader is a profession that focuses on leadership and tactical abilities. A Squad Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading a group of fellow players in combat situations.

Squad Leader Abilities

| Rally Point (Combined) | Damage Reduction: +5% Dodge: +5% | 60 | 60 | Creates a new waypoint that is shared by all group members. Great for gathering group members together and organizing them. If you are near Rally Point, you will gain 5% damage reduction and 5% chance to dodge incoming attacks. |
| Called Shot | Damage: (unspecified) Accuracy: (unspecified) | 10 | 30 | Allows to call out a specific target. Next attack to that target from Squad Leaders group will have a significant increase to accuracy and damage. Called Shot Bonus skill mod increases the accuracy and damage of this ability. |
| Paint Target | Target Increase Chance to Dodge -3% Target Increase Chance to Parry -3% Target Critical Hit Vulnerbility +5% | 3 | 20 | Lowers the targets ability to dogde and parry attcks as well as increase the targets critical hit Vulnerbility. |
| Second Chance | Redistribute all group damage | 900 | 60 | This powerful ability allows a Master Squad Leader to improve the odds of surviving a desperate fight by distributing all damage and wounds evenly across group members. |

| Verbal Assault | Taunt +100 | 600 | 600 | increases the amount of aggression generated by an enemy for a single group member. Lasts for 10 minutes, modifies aggro generation by 100%. |
| Combat Feint | Taunt -50 | 600 | 600 | This enhancement decreases the amount of aggression generated by an enemy for a single group member. Lasts for 10 minutes, modifies aggro generation by -50%. |

| Retreat | Group Movement Speed: +50% SL Mind Regen: -100% SL Action Regen: -100% | 30 | 90 | This very powerful Squad Leader ability drains the Squad Leader’s Action and Mind pools while giving their entire group Burst Run. Intended for hard encounters gone horribly wrong, it allows the Squad Leader to show true leadership by sacrificing themself for the greater good of their group. |
| Charge! | Group Movement Speed: +30% Remove Snares/Roots | 11 | 90 | This group ability significantly increases the run speed and grants immunity from roots and snares(lasts for 30 seconds) of all group members for a short period of time. However, upon using this ability, group leader will receive debuff called "Leader's Downfall" which decreases their defense by -200 points and lasts for 3 minutes. Only one group enhancement can be active at a time. !BUGGED! |
| Boost Morale | Redistribute all group wounds Action Regen: +10% Mind Regen: +10% | 15 | 1800 | This very powerful Squad Leader ability allows the Squad Leader to boost the morale of their troopers by re-distributing all party wounds evenly among all of its members. This ability takes a heavy pool. Use the /setboostermorale command to set the message the Squad Leader shouts when this ability is used. The Squad Leader must be the leader of the party for this to work. |
| Tactics | Ranged Defense: +150 Melee Defense: +150 | 10 | 1800 | This group ability that increases the ranged and melee defense of all group members. Only one group enhancement can be active at a time. |

| Steady Aim | Group Accuracy: +150% | 10 | 1800 | This group ability that increases the accuracy of all group members. Only one group enhancement can be active at a time. |
| Volley Fire | Armor Bypass: +25 | 10 | 1800 | This Squad Leader command paints a target on an enemy, giving group members a damage and accuracy boost to all attacks performed on that creature or person. This enables a Squad Leader's group to cut through a group of difficult enemies far more efficiently than a group without a Squad Leader would perform. |
| Blaze Of Glory | Critical Hit Bonus: +15 | 10 | 1800 | This group ability that increases the critical hits of all group members and increases damage by 50%. Only one group enhancement can be active at a time. |
